Magic: The Gathering is the world’s largest trading card game, and along with it you’ll find one massive and sprawling storyline that covers over 25 years worth of characters, events, and locations.
This can be overwhelming for new players (or even longtime ones!) but with a little effort, this fantastic setting can be shared, explained, and enjoyed by everyone.
Such is the goal of Magic Arcanum. On our YouTube channel, you’ll find regular videos that talk about the key characters and story plot points that align with each major set release.
And now, on this website, you’ll find additional content to level up your Magic game as you learn the stories behind the cards. Deck lists, designer insight, fan fiction, card reviews…the possibilities here, much like with Magic’s own story, are truly endless.

The Vorthos inside my always hungry on MTG lore was truly happy to find you guys and it was because of you that I’ve started reading all the stories from Origins to the full Bolas Arc.
